IEMI Labs is an edge-AI hardware company building products that turn cameras and sensors into instant, private decisions. Every product runs its AI on the device, so customers get answers in milliseconds without sending video to the cloud.

Not yet. All fourteen products are in development. Reservations and pilot applications are open now, with target ship windows from Q2 2027 to Q4 2027. Specifications on this site are target specifications and may change.

It means the AI model runs on a processor inside the product — such as the Kendryte K230D, Hailo-8L or NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano — rather than on a remote server. Decisions are faster, work without internet, and your video does not need to leave the device.

You pay a $49 deposit through Stripe to hold your place in the shipping queue for a product. When the product is ready, we confirm final pricing and you decide whether to complete the purchase. The deposit is credited in full against the price.

Yes, any time before your unit ships, for any reason. Email hello@iemilabs.com or use the refund link in your confirmation email and we will refund the full $49 to your original payment method.

No. A reservation is not a purchase. You only buy if you choose to complete your order once final pricing and specifications are confirmed.

Yes. You can reserve up to 10 units of a product in one reservation. Larger volumes are handled through our sales team at sales@iemilabs.com or through the pilot programme.

Our first shipping regions are the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, India and the Middle East. We plan to add more regions after launch. You can reserve from anywhere; we will tell you if your country is not yet supported before you pay anything more.

Each product page shows its target ship window. Vision products that run on existing cameras are first (from Q2 2027), followed by sensing, sports and robotics products through Q4 2027. Reservation holders receive milestone updates by email.

No, not by default. Our products analyse video and sensor data on the device. Only events, metrics and the snapshots or clips you choose to sync are sent to your IEMI dashboard.

We store your name, email, country and product interest (plus company details if you provide them) in our database hosted on Cloudflare. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. Email hello@iemilabs.com and we will delete your reservation or enquiry data, except records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and refund records.

It is an early-access programme for businesses and public-sector organisations to trial our vision and robotics products on their own sites, usually on existing cameras, before general availability. Applying is free; an optional $49 pilot-slot deposit is fully refundable.

Organisations in the US, UK, EU, India or the Middle East with a suitable site, a named contact for weekly feedback, and either existing IP cameras or space for a test device. Slots are limited per product.

Yes. We are building a partner programme for security integrators, AV and sports-equipment resellers, and regional distributors. Contact sales@iemilabs.com with your region and focus.

Yes. Products are designed with REST APIs, webhooks and, where relevant, MQTT, Modbus TCP, OPC UA or RTSP support so they fit into existing workflows.
