This website describes products that IEMI Labs is developing. Product images are renders, specifications are target specifications, and any estimated benefits or savings are illustrative estimates, not guarantees. Products, prices and dates may change.
2. Using the website
You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:
- interfere with its security or operation;
- submit false information or reservations on someone else’s behalf without permission;
- scrape, copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our consent.
3. Intellectual property
The IEMI Labs name, logo, product names, renders, text and designs on this website belong to IEMI Labs. Third-party names (for example processor and platform names) are used only to describe compatibility and belong to their owners; their use does not imply endorsement.
4. No certification claims
Sports products are designed to fit regulation dimensions. Unless we state otherwise, they are not yet certified or approved by any sports governing body; certification is planned.
5. Payments
Deposits are processed by Stripe and are subject to our Reservation Terms. We do not take full payment for products through this website at this stage.
6. Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, IEMI Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
