Overview
CoachVision AI is a palm-sized 8 cm camera with an on-device AI processor that analyses player technique in real time. Set it on its tripod, press record, and it tracks posture, movement, speed and angles for cricket, football, baseball, running and more — then delivers AI-generated feedback to the coach's phone.
The problem
Quality technique coaching depends on expert eyes and slow, manual video review. Most academies, school teams and individual athletes cannot afford biomechanics labs or full-time analysts, so faults in bowling actions, kicks, swings and running form go uncorrected — limiting performance and increasing injury risk.
Measure front-foot landing, arm angle, release point and bat swing path to improve technique and spot elbow-extension risk early.
Analyse striking, passing and sprint mechanics with joint-angle metrics and side-by-side comparisons.
Break down pitching and hitting mechanics frame by frame with automatic keypoint overlays.
Track stride length, cadence, ground contact and posture for sprinters and distance runners.
Keep a measurable record of each athlete's technique over a season for coaches and parents.
Give individual athletes objective, instant feedback when no coach is present.
Place CoachVision on its tripod, choose the sport and drill in the app, and start a session.
Pose estimation and action recognition run in real time on the K230 / Hailo-8L processor.
The device computes speed, joint angles, timing and posture metrics for every repetition.
AI-generated coaching cues and annotated clips appear on the coach's phone within seconds.
Sessions sync to the dashboard so trends and improvements can be reviewed over time.
In the app
The IEMI Coach app runs sessions, shows live metrics and annotated replays, and stores athlete profiles; the web dashboard gives academies a team-wide view.

Runs on-device · Kendryte K230
Tracks 17–133 body keypoints per athlete at up to 60 fps on-device.
Model: RTMPose / YOLO11-pose
Recognises bowling, batting, kicking, swinging, running and segments each repetition.
Model: ST-GCN skeleton-based action model
Computes joint angles, segment speed, stride and timing from keypoint trajectories.
Model: Biomechanics engine over 2D/3D keypoints
Tracks the ball, bat or club to measure speed and path.
Model: YOLO11-n + tracker
Turns metrics into plain-language coaching cues, generated on the phone app.
Model: Rule-based coaching engine + compact on-phone language model

Yes. The $49 deposit is fully refundable any time before your unit ships — email hello@iemilabs.com or use the refund link in your confirmation email. It is credited in full against the purchase price, and reserving creates no obligation to buy. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Yes. Pose estimation and metrics are computed on the device. Video stays on the camera and your phone unless you choose to sync it to the cloud dashboard. Athlete data for minors requires guardian consent in the app.
The launch target is cricket, football, baseball and running. Further modules are planned and will be delivered as software updates.
No. The camera connects directly to your phone over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, so it works at any ground. Internet is only needed to sync to the cloud dashboard.
Unfold the tripod, position the camera 3–10 m from the athlete, choose a drill in the app and press record. The app guides you through framing.
