Overview
SpillGuard AI watches floors continuously and detects water and oil spills, debris and fallen persons in real time. It runs on a 10 cm ceiling-mount camera or on your existing cameras, and instantly alerts staff by app, warning light or PA so hazards are cleaned up before anyone slips.
The problem
Slips, trips and falls are among the most common causes of workplace injury and public-liability claims in supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals and warehouses. Spills are often discovered only after an incident, and floor walks are infrequent and hard to prove. A person who falls in a quiet aisle or corridor can go unnoticed for minutes.

Yes. Video is analysed on the camera or edge box and is not streamed to the cloud. Only alerts with a single snapshot are sent to staff, and snapshots can be blurred to hide faces.
Yes, if they view the floor at a reasonable angle and provide an RTSP or ONVIF stream. Where coverage is missing, add a SpillGuard dome.
Each camera learns its normal floor appearance and confirms detections over several seconds, which filters reflections, shadows and cleaning staff. Pilot sites help us tune sensitivity per zone.
Domes mount on the ceiling with a single PoE cable. Existing cameras are added in the web setup wizard. Most stores are live within a day.
Ethernet with PoE or Wi-Fi 6, plus an internet connection for app alerts. Relay outputs work locally even if the internet is down.
We are planning a 2-year limited hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects, with advance replacement for pilot and business customers. Final warranty terms will be published before shipping begins.
